22 Mr. Qaisar Hijazin, Secretary General of the ABLCC, was delighted and honoured to welcome HE Marc TRENTESEAU, incoming Ambassador of Belgium to the State of Kuwait and Bahrain. This meeting provided an ideal opportunity to exchange views on trade, economic, and investment opportunities between both countries as well as discussing ways of cooperation to strengthen bilateral relations between Belgium and Kuwait. Under its Vision 2035, Kuwait is pursuing a long term strategy for a more sustainable and diversified economy and thus investing in huge mega project in different sector, like electricity, water, housing, health, transport, communication, tourism, and environment. Kuwait International Airport, Mubarak Al- Kabeer Port, Al-Mutlaa Residential City, to name a few, are among the major strategic projects aimed at supporting the state’s vision to position itself as a financial and commercial hub.
