Indeed, in addition to the fact that it is the smallest host country to ever organize the event, the State of Qatar is also the first Arab state to host the prestigious FIFA World Cup; the first-ever to have taken place in the MENA region and which will undoubtedly have an impact beyond the borders of Qatar.
