Belforship is the shipping division of Belfor Logistics NV, Antwerp.  Founded in 1986, Belfor Logistics has developed a logistics and forwarding package with a special focus to Africa.

Nowadays, Belfor Logistics – through the shipping division Belforship – developed a modern and lean commercial and operational management of heavy lift and multipurpose vessels, operating throughout the globe.

Belforship tailor-makes solutions to suit the needs of vessel owners and cargo interests.

In this specialized niche market, we work with a hands-on proactive approach and vast market experience creating the utmost added value into trading the vessels under our management.

Our well experienced core team has the necessary skills and expertise in every aspect of the vessel management process such as affreightment, day-to-day operations, engineering, procurement and legal.  We have gone through various shipping cycles, high and low and therefore are familiar with various markets.  Through the many years, we have built an extensive network in the maritime industry.
