26 NOV - 01 DEC | BELGIAN ECONOMIC MISSION TO JORDAN & PALESTINE
The Arab-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (ABLCC), in close partnership with the Brussels Business Support Agency (Hub.Brussels), and with the full support of the Belgian Embassy in Amman, the Jordan Embassy in Brussels, and the Joprdan Chamber of Commerce, are organizing a two-part economic mission to Jordan and Palestine at the end of November 2023:
- Jordan: 26 – 30 November
- Palestine: 30 November – 01 December

In addition to these, the mission remains open for companies active in other sectors. Our team will work with each participant to organize a tailor made business program.
The mission will offer the following key benefits for participants:
- Business and Networking Opportunities: Engage with high-level government officials, business leaders, and potential partners/clients during pre-arranged B2B – B2G meetings, networking receptions and business forums.
- Market Insights: Gain firsthand knowledge about the economic landscape, market potential, investment opportunities, and regulatory frameworks through informative briefings and expert presentations in this fascinating but challenging region.
- Collective Program : participate to site visits and business activities with local partners and chambers of commerce.
- Government Support: Benefit from the support and assistance of our Commercial Advisors and diplomatic delegations in the Middle East to facilitate business introductions and navigate the local market effectively. Benefit also from the presence of the Brussels Secretary of State for the official program and governmental meetings.
- Cultural Experiences: Experience the rich cultural heritage and hospitality of Jordan and Palestine through curated cultural activities and excursions (optional program during the weekend).

- 10.00 – 13.00 B2B at the hotel or premises of local authorities
- 13.00 – 14.00 Lunch break
- 14.00 – 18.00 B2B at the hotel or premises of local authorities
- 20.00 Networking diner
Tuesday 28 November
- 09.00 – 11.00 Business forum with Jordan stakeholders in the focus sectors + B2B sessions at the hotel or premises of local authorities
- 11.30 – 13.00 Meeting with Amman Chamber of Commerce and their members
- 13.00 – 14.30 Lunch organized by the Amman Chamber of Commerce (TBC)
- 14.30 – 17.00 B2B at the hotel or premises of local authorities
- 19.00 – 21.30 Official reception in the Residence of the Ambassador of Belgium in Amman
Wednesday 29 November
- Return to Brussels (with stopover) Or Touristic Program
Thursday 30 November
- 11.00 – 14.15 Flight Amman – Brussels RJ141
Palestine & Jordan
Wednesday 29 November
- AM Transfer from Amman to Ramallah
- PM Program in Ramallah and official meetings

- Program in Ramallah and Jerusalem
- Official reception at the Consulate of Belgium in Jerusalem

- Visit of Jerusalem and transfer to Amman

Possibility of visiting Petra (on Saturday 2nd December) and Flight Amman – Brussels (RJ141 on Sunday 3rd December).
Participation costs
Fees include participation in networking activities, events and receptions. Group transfers and the (tailor-made) programme are also included.

- 300€ / Large company (>250 FTE)
Transport and accommodation costs are not included and are also the responsibility of the participants.
