[Tender] Algerian SMEs Support Project "PAD-PME"
The Embassy of Algeria in Brussels is inform you that the Ministry of Industry is issuing a tender for the hiring of a consulting firm in the framework of a project held by the Ministry and the Directorate General for SMEs (DGPME) and financed by the African Bank for Development Group.
The contract will include:
a) the composition of training groups;
b) the planning of the training programme;
c) the realization of the training programme, including, among others, the topics and issues to be addressed, the methodology and the material, the organization of seminars, workshops and visits
d) the evaluation of the training programme.
Consulting firms are invited to prepare an application file that includes information on the expertise and services the firm provides, the experience of the firm, references of previous, relevant works, etc) before 21 February 2021, 15:00 CET, in the French language, and with the mention: "Appui à l’élaboration des programmes d’amélioration de la compétitivité des PME en Algérie».
Eligibility criteria: in line with the rules and procedures established by the African Development Bank, see: www.afdb.org
