Roundtable Discussion with H.E. Engineer Hassan ALKHATIB, Egyptian Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade
On 16 October, the Arab-Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (ABLCC) proudly hosted a high-level roundtable discussion, bringing together distinguished diplomats and business leaders. The event featured H.E. Engineer Hassan ALKHATIB, Egypt's Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, as the keynote guest. It also provided a unique platform to welcome H.E. Mr. Ahmed Abu Zeid, Egypt's new Ambassador to Belgium, alongside H.E. Mr. François Cornet d'Elzius, Director of the MENA region at the SPF Foreign Affairs, and H.E. Mr. Christian Muller, Ambassador of Luxembourg to Egypt.
The gathering focused on addressing key economic issues, discussing emerging market trends, and exploring business opportunities that link Belgium, Luxembourg, and Egypt. The dialogue was enriched by the active participation of attendees from various sectors, facilitating a dynamic exchange of ideas and insights on fostering stronger bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
A particularly notable aspect of the event was the open discussion, which allowed all participants to engage in fruitful conversations, exchanging their perspectives on how to best leverage the growing opportunities in Egypt’s expanding market. The roundtable reaffirmed the importance of international partnerships and collaboration, especially in fields such as trade, investment, and innovation.
The ABLCC extends its heartfelt thanks to all who attended and contributed to the success of the event. We are excited about the potential collaborations that will emerge from these meaningful discussions and look forward to organizing more such events to strengthen our international relationships.
Stay tuned for further updates on upcoming initiatives, as we continue to facilitate deeper economic and business ties between Belgium, Luxembourg, and Egypt.
