Are you planning to undertake a business trip to Saudi Arabia?

Whether it is for a business trip, for an official visit, for family or touristic* purposes, or to work as an expat, the ABLCC is there to help you get your visa with minimum time and effort. Our Chamber is accredited by the Royal Saudi Embassy to provide visa services to people legally residing in Belgium or Luxembourg, as well as European citizens working for a company based in Belgium or Luxembourg.

*Citizens from 49 countries (including the EU, UK, USA and Russia) are now eligible to apply for touristic e-visas and visas on arrival. To apply for a touristic e-visa, please visit visitsaudi.com.

1. You contact the ABLCC Visa Desk;
2. We determine your profile, provide advice and instructions;
3. You provide us with the requested documents, including your passport, a photo and the application form;
4. We register your visa application;
5. You get your passport back.

• The completed application form;
• A passport valid for at least 6 months after your departure, with at least 2 blank visa pages adjacent to each other;
• A photo (passport-type, in colour with a white background, full-face shot)
• An official invitation letter arranged by the business partner through the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with an invitation number, and legalized by a Saudi Chamber of Commerce;
• A business cover letter issued by the Belgian or Luxembourg company of the applicant, signed and stamped by the authorized person (manager in charge) and mentioning the following statement: “We, (name of the company), certify that Mr/Ms (name), (position) will undertake a business travel to Saudi Arabia on our behalf and that we will pay all the expenses of the travel and stay in Saudi Arabia. In this context, we provide you with the following information: Nature of business:…, Travel dates, Name(s) and Address(es) of the company(ies) in Saudi Arabia:…”
